Jacob's Ladder

Jacob's Ladder was created with acrylic paints and collage.  It is mounted on art board and set in a black floater frame, ready to hang. 

Jacob had stolen his brother Esau's birthright and he was running from Esau.

I don't know about anyone else, but I kind of wished Esau would catch up to his scoundrel brother.

Instead, God met him on his travels, showed him a ladder leading from earth to heaven, and blessed him!
