Blogging is a whole world!  Yikes, there's so much to learn if you want to actually get readers.

So I do what I always do when something is new and I know nothing. I READ EVERYTHING I CAN GET MY HANDS ON.

There are zillions of sites out there to educate people on blogs and I've only touched the surface.  But here are 3 that I think are great and have taught me a lot:

1. Copyblogger.com.  I really like this site.  Their tagline reads: "Online marketing that works."  And it is chock full of help.  Internet marketing, email marketing, content marketing, keyword research... I've been awakened, at least in part, to the wide world of blog-sports. Articles galore, great references, books, other great bloggers, a daily GOOD newsletter.  If you want a really good blog, check out this site. 

2. Remarkablogger.com.  "No-bullshit blogging for bitchin' businesses."  This blog is written by Michael Martine who does blog coaching and consulting. He's funny, straightforward and very helpful.  And if you write to him, he writes you back! Again, a gigundous amount of information for the blogger-nouveau.

3. themiddlefingerproject.org. "Because entrepreneurs do it better and vulgar titles are funny." The tagline speaks for itself.  Ash, who writes this blog, is charismatic, sassy, funny, upbeat.  She has a number of books available to get online businesses "off their asses". Her approach is one of expressing your unique self, trusting yourself and knowing you can do it. 

Different approaches, these 3.  And there are many more sites out there.  But if you only read a few, these 3 sites are an excellent place to start.
