I like this piece. A bit whimsical, a bit sarcastic, a bit serious. 

The hard-working person, wearing a suit, posed arm on chair, face composed and professional. There's a clock to remind him of the pressure of time. There's money to remind him of one of the reasons he works. He's in a (dimmed) spotlight.

Yet he's also wearing a clown hat and bowtie, has colored buttons and handkerchief, and is surrounded by multicolored beads. "Doing the Job" is at the bottom, like a plaque on his desk, but torn and distressed.

There is a heart on his cheek.
