You know those piles of tiny thread snippets that arrange themselves on your work area as you finish a project? Awhile back, I photographed several variations on a snippet pile and posted them here on my blog. (see below for link)

There is beauty in the simplicity of this little remainder pile...

-lightly layered threads upon threads

-white spaces

-the peacefulness of repetition

-the one, small, colored thread that chanced into the mix.

So here is my take on the thread pile, created with fabric and thread!
