I mean this in at least 2 ways. THE CREATION... this amazing, complicated, beautiful world. And the personal act of CREATING.

I walk outside and the earth greets me...

- myriad bird songs, changing from season to season, incredibly exuberant and melodic in spring!

- colors colors everywhere

- the way light plays on EVERYTHING and how quickly it moves and rearranges to highlight in different ways

- the faces of creatures

- the musky smell of damp soil

- the way life springs forth again and again from the earth, green

And just like life springs out of the earth, it springs out of me!

Inside of me, seeds of joy, life, color and light spring up into a new creation. I don't have words for how sweet that is.
